I am an athlete. I love to train and compete. I love the numbers and the data, but most of all I love to see others succeed. To help you find that energy deep inside that you did not know existed.

My coaching does not give you some pill or secret that is going to make you strong and fast. I help you find and cultivate that which is already inside you.

Hawkeyeruns will help you find that fire, the ambition, the drive.... to be your best.

I have completed multiple Ironmans, 70.3's, marathons, Xterra's and trail races.
